A New Breath of Life: How USAID is Helping Improve the Healthcare System in Rural Vietnam

In 2024, I wrote and photographed a success story for FHI360’s USAID-funded COVID project. The feature profiled Mr. Dung, lead engineer at a provincial hospital in Nghe An, who described how the installation of USAID’s oxygen system significantly improved his professional responsibilities and personal well-being.
